Jeff: Hello, everybody. This is Jeff @ etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a look at this amber LED magnetic mount light bar with the 25 flash patterns. Now this strobe light bar has the 30 LEDs, which will produce 25 flash patterns and provides a nice visual alert for other drivers and pedestrians to see. The 25 flash patterns will allow you to select which works best for your application and conditions. And it is an amber light bar, so it alerts the other drivers and pedestrians to the presence of your service vehicle.

So this will work great for tow trucks, snowplows, construction, warehouse, and even agricultural applications.Now it does use the high output LEDs. They are energy efficient, long lasting, and vibration resistant. And as you can see, it's a clear lens over the amber LEDs. It's all in a nice durable plastic housing and an impact resistant polycarbonate lens. And this is compatible with 12 volt and 24 volt DC systems.

Has a magnetic base. You can see the four large magnets on the bottom. This will easily secure your light to any vehicle or metal surface and it won't damage your vehicle surface.Just to show you what we're talking about, I happen to pull. Here's a piece of metal here, and you'll be able to see it's a very strong magnet, so four of those will hold it in place on your vehicle. And then to remove it, you just have to take it right off.

But again, it's a very strong pull on the magnet.Now, if you do want to mount this bolt onto your vehicle for a permanent mount, they do require a bracket for that. We do sell it separately. They're aluminum brackets and they're part number 3378891010, and they would bolt on right into the places where the magnets are. Just remove the magnets and then put your bolt on brackets in there.Now this does plug directly into your vehicle's 12 volt power port. You can see the cord with the plug on the end or any other 12 volt connection.

The control button that's located on the plug will let you operate the light from inside your vehicle. One switch is to turn it on and off and the other one's to control the flash pattern. The total cord length on this is about 15 feet.Now this light is SAEJ845 class 1 rated. Few specs again, it's 30 LEDs. The power draw at 12 volts is 3.5 amps. Wattage is 43 watts. Give you the overall dimensions and the weight, and then we're going to hook it up to some 12 volt power just to show you the different patterns and how bright it is. Weight on this unit is about 9 pounds. Overall dimensions, the length from this end to this end, it's going to be right at 16 and 3/8 inches long. The width on it, we turn it this way and go from here to here is right at 11 inches wide. And the total height from the very bottom to very top is going to be right at 2 and 5/8 inches tall.So now what we're going to do is I have a 12 volt power port you can see right here. And again, if I just go ahead and plug this in, and then you'll see there's right there, that's the on and off switch. You can see the red dot will tell you that it's on and then you could see it going on the pattern you had it at last. I'm going to go ahead and turn off the overhead light. And then again, the switch next to it if you press it once, it's going to change it to another pattern. Press it again. And again, and again. There's 25 different flash patterns and they're all listed in the installation instructions. I'll just go through a few more.
